Do I overeat?
I ask myself this all the time. When I go to buffet/all you can eat style restaurants (which isn't very often because I do get so sick) I definetly get my money's worth. Last week I captured all my calories in myfitnesspal and did really well. I am doing a weight loss challenge with my husband's coworkers and I was already 2.2 pounds down, and then it hit. For a week I was so good and tracked everything and came in under all my calories because I was giving it 100% and then Friday night came around and POOF! ALL THE FOOD. Now I am regressing and gaining it all back despite occasionally working out and trying to eat better.
About 3 weeks ago I went vegan. Not vegetarian or pescatarian, boom, full blown vegan. I bought the vegan mayo, I bought some fucking spirulina pills that are supposed to be the protein of the ocean (which really is whale if you think about it, you know, surface area and such), and bought every single weird vegetable that King Sooper's could offer me.
I did that for a whole week and did really great. I felt great, I knew I was losing weight and my skin was pretty nice. Then I went out to all you can eat sushi and fuck 10 pounds of vegetable tempura so then back to animal based protein!
This is my issue. I pick out something to do for a short period of time but at 110% and then burn out and say fuck it 110%. I am trying right now to train myself to do 50%. Some days I might blog, some days I might not.
Also how can thrift stores expect you to buy their clothes if there are no dressing rooms?
